New Biz Foundations: First Steps
and I recently decided to start a new business venture togetherβ amidst running our other business(es) and keeping up with our family responsibilities π€ͺ.
After making the decision to go full force with this, our first steps were:
- Leveraging AI to create a business plan for structure and alignment (reviewed, edited, and personalized TOGETHER)
- Established NON-NEGOTIABLE weekly, standing meeting with each other to maintain momentum and accountability
- Booked/invested in a call with our business mentor to get expert perspective on opportunities and blind spots
- Established mission statement + core values so we ALWAYS have a guiding light for what to do and why.
Weβre crazy excited to get this off the ground and I want to bring you guys on this crazy journey with us!
