🌺 Aloha, my friends! Happy Sunday! It’s time to set our intentions for the week ahead, and the first week of the LAST 90 DAYS OF 2025! Drop one word or short phrase in the comments to anchor how you want to show up this week. Take a deep breath in and share what feels right for you. Here’s mine for this week: "Keep it together," In the healing community, our work often asks us to soften and release control. But lately, I've felt a call to lean into structure, discipline, and self-control. It's so easy for me to succumb to emotion and overwhelm, and then spiral into criticism and guilt. Mine is “step out of the comfort zone.” I’m digging into creativity, by working on an oracle deck, sewing projects, overall finding ways to express my creative side and show up more in my healing work.

Oohhhh, you guys! I am so excited to share this with you! Lately, I’ve been obsessed with creating pep talk audios. Meditations/hypnosis are great, but sometimes you just need that shoulder shake from your bestie. This isn’t the final iteration, it still needs some tweaks, but it’s close and I really, really wanna share it with you guys first! My word for the week is dig Digging into my reactions, new coursework, and finding the anchor points and point of origin when things are showing up or triggering.

@Pumehana Palmer - this helped with a conversation with a friend of mine yesterday. He was struggling with why the past few months had been such a struggle and I was able to use the video as a reference and it blew his mind how true that was, in the struggle was preparing him for his next level up. 💕
