New Biz Foundations: First Steps
@Shauna Lindsey and I recently decided to start a new business venture together— amidst running our other business(es) and keeping up with our family responsibilities 🤪. After making the decision to go full force with this, our first steps were: 1. Leveraging AI to create a business plan for structure and alignment (reviewed, edited, and personalized TOGETHER) 2. Established NON-NEGOTIABLE weekly, standing meeting with each other to maintain momentum and accountability 3. Booked/invested in a call with our business mentor to get expert perspective on opportunities and blind spots 4. Established mission statement + core values so we ALWAYS have a guiding light for what to do and why. We’re crazy excited to get this off the ground and I want to bring you guys on this crazy journey with us! @Ryan Akiyama Consistent (and daily) cleaning routine - super simple, like 15 minute tidying sessions throughout the day, with a "close the house" clean at end of the night. I've been realizing that days I wake up to the kitchen/living area a mess...I feel less motivated to start my day. And I've been trying to make that an automatic ritual for me. Aaaaand consistent exercise! I fall off-track of this one way too easily. But I want to be to the point of if I don't work out, it feels wrong. 😅
