After making the decision to go full force with this, our first steps were: 1. Leveraging AI to create a business plan for structure and alignment (reviewed, edited, and personalized TOGETHER) 2. Established NON-NEGOTIABLE weekly, standing meeting with each other to maintain momentum and accountability 3. Booked/invested in a call with our business mentor to get expert perspective on opportunities and blind spots 4. Established mission statement + core values so we ALWAYS have a guiding light for what to do and why. We’re crazy excited to get this off the ground and I want to bring you guys on this crazy journey with us!
