-Take a minute every day to stretch your pectorals in a gentle doorway stretch
-While doing this stretch, take 30 seconds to think about your stated "1% better" you declared last week and how it went--> analyze--> adjust if needed
-Set a twice a day alarm on your phone to stack ears over shoulders over ribs, over pelvis and take 2 expansive rib cage (not belly) breaths
