Procrastinate vs Exception (which one are you running?)
Most women who aren't happy with their health & physique fall into 2 camps:
1) Procrastinate: “I’ll start later”
2) Exception: “My situation is different”
Both = constant self-negotiation
That negotiation unconsciously leaks energy all day→ less capacity to actually recover→ harder to get strong and lean
Do this:
1. Notice the thought: “I SHOULD do xyz (eat, exercise, sleep. etc) …” → catch the next thought
2. Shorten the gap. Act before you can talk yourself out of it. Make it ridiculously small & repeatable
In 5 days, notice:
- less exhausting mental chatter
- more of you showing up for you
- a few pounds of bloat down
- better choices about eating, training and sleeping
