Late post: Week 2, Day 1 Done!
I have been so bad at posting.... But had my first session with the personal trainer. It was hard but glad I did it. She pushed me to go hard! Had 3 meals with protien. I made the turkey chili on Sunday so had that for lunch.
Went rock climbing with the boys. Our friend gave us a free month pass so we will probably go at least once a week. It was hard but will likely get easier as I get stronger!
Not sore yet.... But may start feeling it later today.
