How to increase income when in a workenviroment that doesn't allow it.

Hey girls! I have a question since i am not a entrepeuneur but i really want my income to increase for this month. I wonder if anyone has like Tipps how to do that spirtually since i have a job in social work and here in Germany the income is normally messured by how much work expierience one has. And since i am only 27 i fear i am not able to get more money with the work i do no Matter how good my work is. Has someone suggestions for me or is in a similar Situation?
