I was standing in my home and I had to pause an put my hands on my chest, its the first time i think I actual generally felt my senses pick up on a cosmic shift so strongly 🀯 it actually freaked me out a little because for a split second I felt like I had vertigo and like my equilibrium was off, 😳 I stood for a good while just breath, then after just standing in stillness for a while I said out loud once I felt more present, in my body and awareness coz id felt like i dissacosicate, ( We just Reset ) for a while after it felt like I was having dΓͺΗ°a vu πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« very surreal but magical experience, its a big indicator to me that my body is upgrading and again becoming more and more sensitive to energy shifts πŸ’« im so grateful with the healing work iv done on myself this last while im completely anxiety free πŸ₯Ή such a beautiful freedom because I was crippled with social anxiety most of my life πŸ’šπŸ«ΆπŸ™πŸ˜‡ πŸͺ½ πŸ•Š soooooo grateful and blessed πŸ™Œ AsΓ©

Mysogonie and Feminism
Hey girls! So i wanted to tune in and hear your thoughts when it comes to womanhood and internalized mysogonie. I as a young girl struggled alot with comparing myself to other girls. Now with more age and more spiritual wisdome i am aware of patterns of internalized mysogonie and how jealousy and comparing yourself to other woman is just there to uphold patriachal societys that devide us. I wondered what you guys do to truly connect also spirtually with other female people in your life. How your female friendships strengthen you and your devine feminine and how you can grow in true connection espacially with other woman. Do you do concious things to dismantle toxic patterns due to social conditioning of society. And how do you forgive when you've been on the recieving end of mysogonistic jealousy and down putting. @Irah Morffi thank you 🧑 this video is exactly what I needed to see today, still recovering from burn out nearly 1 year and 6 months later an i have definitely swung from living in my masculine into my feminine, im like the Goddes Sekhmet 🀣🀣 I will go to war if anyone trys to disturb my sloth full slumber lol 🫣🫒 I can trust intuitively though the trials and tribulations I am experiencing in life at the minute are simple preparations for my rebirth, because the woman i was a year and 6 months ago is no more. I have happily laid flowers at her feet and grieved her death πŸ’«πŸ’œ I can feel renewal coming and im answering my divine call into a purpose service and devotion πŸ™πŸ«ΆπŸ’šAsΓ©
Anxious
Just a question has anyone else been feeling anxious? I have been feeling a bit anxious lately. I was wondering how do yall cope? I usually pray and breathe. 🧘

I use to suffer from really bad anxiety and has bad panic attacks, one if the tools I swear by now is EFT tapping therapy especially with calming and soothing essential oils, I choose rose oil and use to do a tapping therapy before id go into a high stress situation or in my case it was generally just going into a social setting that would trigger my anxiety, but after a while id even carry the oil with me and if i felt the anxiety creepy in id rub it on the palms of my hands and breath and smell it and it would instantly relax an calm my nerves system. I later found out I am Audhd and was mostly overstimulated and it added to my inability to regulate. Now I know my body well enough to tell the difference and silence in nature or in a dark room helps me regulate from overstimulation and I have learned to listen to what my body needs instead of pushing through uncomfortablity and denying my nerves system the down time it needs to be okay πŸ’šπŸ™Œ hope this helps 😊
