I think the process in making a meal-- to when you eat the meal, has great healing effects. The ingredients you choose, what meal you're making, its nutritional value, and the thoughts and feelings you have with it. (I like to think of what I want people to feel, when they eat, while I cook!) Even if what I'm eating is junkfood... I think of what or how I feel when I am eating. It's like literally feeding the the energy to your belly y'know? The energy you have when you eat, not guilting over "oh but I'm on a diet!!" when you allow yourself a sweet treat (but of course in moderation). Just a thought I had. š If you guys have any to-go easy nutritious meals you like to have in your rotation, please let me know though!
