Energetic alignment
I took the principle of gender quiz and this is what I realized. In the past i used to constantly swing between the extremes of masculine and feminine. Part of why that was happening is because what I was trying to achieve, was not what aligned with my highest self but I didn't listen to my inner voice. I thought that I just have to push through the hard times and it will get easier (that was the extrem masculine followed by massive crashouts, aka the extreme feminine). Now I am happy to say that i am on my way of energetic alignment. The thing is this, you cannot know from the start what your purposes, aka what it is ur meant to do, (that is why u should go through the free resources which irah provides us with to help us get a clear vision sooner and better) you have to try different things out, experiment and listen to your inner voice, which is always speaking to you. It will tell you if this is what you're meant to do. Key part here is that you TRUELY listen to your inner voice and accordingly take action or adjust. If you do not do that you will burnout. you are going to start spiraling, whith does not only take a lot of time but even more energy. I speak from experience because I was spiraling for years. ACKNOWLEDGE that you have the power to change your reality, to change the atoms and to bring energetic alignment, even if right now it feels impossible. A game of chess
In a game of chess I'm not afraid to lose a few pieces. Even if you capture my most valuable piece, I won't panic because the game isn't over yet. When the game is over, it's over. But as long as it's not, i will keep planning my next move.
Why being isolated for some time is a good thing
I've been inactive for a few months now and kinda in off mode in quite some areas of my life too. I distanced myself because I needed that space and time for myself. Here's the thing, I'm going to be completely transparent with you. I have been a complete wreck throughout this time and honestly, I still feel low on energy. But I've learned 2 things throughout this time. 1 You can't wait for the energy to come, you have to build it through building momentum (building momentum doesn't mean to do the same thing every day, it means to take ANY TYPE of step every day). 2 If you're anything like me and you grew up in an abusive household your brain and nervous system are wired differently. It can even go to the extent where getting out of bed in the morning can feel like a threat to your nervous system and your brain. For both of these things to improve you have two take consistent action every day. It doesn't have to be anything big. It can be something as taking a 10-minute walk or in fact, just opening your window for 10 minutes and breathe in the fresh air. Though these actions are small, through them you prove to your brain and nervous system that it's not dangerous, it's not that big of a deal and that you will be okay. Or even more and better than OK. Please keep one thing in mind it takes time, and with it takes time I don't mean it takes one month. For a lot of people it takes way longer. The truth is you never know. But one thing is for sure, your progress will rise exponentially. The Beginning is slow and it feels like nothing is happening but you just have to keep going. A reminder again, "keep going" doesn't mean to push yourself to your absolute limits every day, you will only crash if you were to do that. It means to take a teeny tiny step every day. Because guess what, a teeny tiny step is better than no step. It still brings you closer to your goal then as if you were not to take any. Another reminder, taking action also means to take the time to take care of yourself. To recharge and make yourself feel good and at peace again.

Although the new year truly begins in march with spring and Aries season. You are still learning in increments of 12 months. 2025 was a year of deep shedding and integration of knowledge you knew but had not embodied. So with that being said, what are you leaving behind?

30 DAY IDENTITY SHIFT CHALLENGE❤️‍🔥
In my Heaven State Free Masterclass we covered how to use the power of the mind to achieve flow state & I have challenged those of you who are serious about your dream life to a 30 day challenge to shift your identity as much as possible into alignment with the ideal version of yourself.⭐ So HERE is the challenge and what you MUST do (write this down somewhere like a whiteboard) 1. First, take your time to fill your identity shift sheet. This will set the foundation to your ideal self so you know where you must direct your energy every single day. (make sure to make a copy and save it somewhere its easy to access) 2. Using your identity shift YOU MUST every single day use the hyper awareness strategy to direct your energy towards this new identity, rather than your old one. 3. To strengthen your skill with the hyper awareness strategy, do the 2 exercises i taught you in the masterclass (#1 Observe thoughts for 5 mins, remember them, then write them down immediately, then increase by 1 minute every day. And Exercise #2 , hold 1 thought in your mind for 5 minutes and let all other thoughts pass, increase by 1 minute every day) Only do these exercises for up to 20 minutes each to keep them time convenient. This skillset you must use to draw back energy to yourself, observe internal state & either redirect concentrated energy to your ideal self vibration, or hold space for negative emotions to process the fears getting in the way of a shift (but then redirect energy to close the loop like I taught you) If you didn't attend the masterclass, this free training covers a bit of the hyper awareness strategy so use it to your disposal to direct energy to your ideal self 4. SHARE YOUR WINS EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY-SUNDAY in the community: THIS is so important because it helps you notice where energy is shifting, even if its a small win like "I manifested a parking spot", without this, you are not doing the challenge properly. Shifting energy to where the cup is half full automatically puts you in the frequency of abundance rather than lack.
