Who Else Has Been Struggling With Their Time Management?
Lately, I’ve been struggling to keep track of work deadlines, personal appointments, and the daily must-do tasks, without blowing up my phone with notifications or manually managing a to-do list. To fix this, I took on the basis of Nates Ultimate Assistant and created my own Calendar Agent that combines the power of n8n and AI: - Morning reminders for the day’s events and upcoming fixed expenses - Evening summary of what’s on the cards for tomorrow - Telegram integration to create and send calendar invites, reminders, and emails, all manageable via written or verbal messages - Automated contact management: add, remove, or update contacts in a store database (n8n data table) But here’s the kicker: I spend a lot of time in the car, and Siri can’t natively talk to Telegram. My fix? A native iOS Shortcut that sends instructions from Siri directly to the workflow. Now, I can manage everything hands-free while driving. The result: far less stress about forgetting critical events. It’s as easy as saying: "Hey Siri, Start Calendar Agent and set a reminder to call mum at 6pm." AI + automation + a little ingenuity = a lot less mental clutter! Looking to optimize this further in the near future through use of 'If'/'Switch' nodes to reduce the number of AI agents and improve the polish (please share your ideas!) but for now it is working and making life significantly easier for me!
