This Sunday Morning Live Build: When Time Zones Align for Innovation (12 Hours time difference )
I had the pleasure of connecting with Rudolf Van Loggerenberg from New Zealand for a live workflow building session. I met him in one of the communities and we started a business - friendship relationship. After catching up on our respective journeys in the automation space, Rudolf walked me through his latest N8N workflow . A sophisticated PAT Test Report Parser designed for a very specific niche market he's serving. What impressed me the most: The workflow elegantly handles the complete document lifecycle: - Inbound Email & File Capture - PDF Text Extraction - Parsing & Structuring Data - Automated Folder Generation & Client Initialization - Report Generation & Delivery - Smart Error Notification handling My takeaway? This is the power of the n8n community practitioners from opposite ends of the world sharing real world solutions, learning from each other's approaches, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with no-code automation. Rudolf's work demonstrates how deep vertical expertise combined with N8N's flexibility can transform manual, repetitive processes into streamlined automated systems. Thank you Rudolf for the generous knowledge sharing. These cross continental Sunday sessions are what community is all about. It was also great to discuss some globale issue and solve them as well in the same moment (at least thats what we thought ) What niche workflow challenges are you solving with automation? I'd love to hear in the comments. Activate to view larger image,

Second step after learning
AI in Business: Don’t Automate Before You Understand the Sale Most people try to automate sales way too early. They build: auto DMs auto emails auto follow-ups But they don’t even know why people buy yet. AI should come after clarity, not before it. If you can’t explain in one sentence: who you sell to what pain they have why they choose you automation will just scale confusion. Rule: Understand the sale first. Automate second. That’s how AI actually makes money. -->Do you know more sales rules? --->I need someone who can do outreach perfectly? -->How much helpful is this? -->Do you know this questions answer?
