From first paid clients and consulting closes to AI video engines and Claude Code builds - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders combine learning with real execution. šŸš€ Standout Wins of the Week šŸ‘‰ @Ahmed Bin Faisal landed a $2,000+ client using an automation he built for himself to score Upwork jobs and draft proposals in minutes. šŸ‘‰ @Josh Holladay closed his first $7,800 AI consulting engagement using a sprint-based delivery model with long-term upside. šŸ‘‰ @Solar Singh built an AI video engine inside Claude that generates scripts, voiceovers, stock footage, captions, and finished vertical videos at scale. šŸ‘‰ @Nicholas Veronis signed his first paying client by creating listing videos and voiceovers for a real estate business. šŸ‘‰ @Debbie DeMarco Bennett built an AI agent that migrated her entire email system from MailChimp to Brevo, saving hours of manual work and cutting monthly costs. šŸŽ„ Super Win Spotlight | @Matthew Sutherland Matthew joined AIS+ looking for a room full of builders who were actively shipping real systems - not just talking about AI. Since joining, he has: • Built a five-dimension AI readiness audit system • Landed real client engagements • Dramatically increased his productivity using Claude Code workflows • Pressure-tested his systems with feedback from the community Matthew describes his experience as a ā€œ2000x return on investment.ā€ His biggest insight: Surround yourself with people who are actually building, and your progress accelerates faster than you expect. šŸŽ„ Watch Matthew's story šŸ‘‡ ✨ Want to see wins like this every week? Automating Daily Browser Tasks with TaskMagic
Today I was reviewing a project focused on automating repetitive browser tasks using TaskMagic. A lot of businesses still depend on web platforms that do not provide proper APIs. Because of that teams spend hours every day doing small repetitive actions inside the browser. Clicking through pages Typing the same information Copying data between websites and spreadsheets Moving records from one platform to another Each task looks small on its own but when repeated hundreds of times every week it becomes a serious drain on time. The idea behind this system is to build a reliable browser automation layer using TaskMagic so these actions can run automatically. TaskMagic works by recording browser actions but real world automation usually needs more than just recording. Workflows have to be refined tested and maintained so they continue running even when websites change their layouts. The system focuses on a few key capabilities. Building browser automations that perform clicking typing form filling and data entry when APIs are not available Creating web scraping flows that collect information from websites and send the data directly into Google Sheets Connecting TaskMagic with webhooks external platforms and n8n so information moves automatically between systems Monitoring automations and adjusting them when website structures change When systems like this are built properly they can run hundreds of repetitive actions every day without human involvement. This is the type of automation I enjoy most. Practical systems that quietly handle repetitive digital work in the background while teams focus on more important tasks.
Here's what a proper lead generation + MRR system actually looks like:
→ An automated email list that captures leads 24/7 → A nurture sequence that builds trust before the pitch → A Shopify store optimized to convert cold traffic into buyers → A recurring revenue model so income doesn't reset to zero every month → Follow-up automations that close the leads who didn't buy the first time The businesses winning right now aren't the ones with the best product. They're the ones with the best SYSTEM behind the product. I'm curious for those of you building automations for clients: šŸ‘‰ Are your clients asking for lead gen and email list systems the most? šŸ‘‰ Or is it more internal workflow automation? Would love to know what pain points are coming up most in your client conversations right now šŸ‘‡
Stop confusing a massive "tech stack" with a scalable business.
The goal of automation isn't to collect more SaaS subscriptions. The goal is to eliminate operational drag. I see so many founders fall into this exact trap: āŒ A tool for the CRM āŒ A tool for email marketing āŒ A tool for calendar booking āŒ A tool for AI voice āŒ A tool to connect the tools Eventually, your team spends more time managing the software than actually closing deals. You aren't building a business; you are building a Frankenstein IT department. The fix? Consolidation and Orchestration. You don't need 12 disconnected apps. You need a centralized infrastructure where data flows seamlessly: Lead Captured → Intent Scored → CRM Updated → Calendar Booked → Pipeline Advanced. When the infrastructure is properly connected, the tech becomes invisible. Your team just logs in and prints revenue. Question for the founders here: How many different SaaS tools is your team currently duct-taping together just to manage one lead? Let's discuss!
