🚀New Video: Claude Design Masterclass: Websites, Videos & More (2 Hours)
Claude Design is Anthropic's new design tool, and in this masterclass I take you from zero to shipping real work with it. We build a brand called Tally from scratch, including a design system, pitch deck, landing page, mobile app prototype, and launch video, then push the site to GitHub and Vercel through Claude Code. I also break down how to stretch your session limit so you actually get your money's worth.

I sold my AI agency. here's the playbook
In September 2024 I started an AI automation agency. Nine months later I was doing $100K/month in recurring revenue. Then I sold my share to my partners. I took everything I learned: - The client acquisition system - The pricing - The delivery process … and I turned it into a step-by-step playbook for building a one-person AI agency. No code. No team. No guesswork. See exactly what's inside: -> I sold my AI agency. here's the playbook PS: If you are an AIS+ member, this is included in the Scale module. No need to purchase separately. - Nate

Day 6
What I Scheduled: Two scripts, two times, every trading day — no input from me. morning_prep.py runs at 8:00am. It scans for pre-market gappers, pulls the fundamentals, filters out ETFs, and emails me a game plan before the open. gapper_tracker.py runs at 4:30pm. It collects end-of-day data — gap %, volume, how it traded, next-day follow-through — and syncs everything to a Google Sheet automatically. Both run through Windows Task Scheduler. Scheduled Task or Loop? Scheduled task. The market runs on a fixed clock, so the automation does too. 8am before the open, 4:30pm after the close. One Surprise: The agent caught a bug I hadn't noticed. My gap % column was showing near-zero on stocks Finviz had flagged at 10%+. It traced the root cause to Polygon's adjusted=true flag inflating previous close on reverse-split stocks — silently corrupting my historical data. Two-line fix. But I wasn't looking for it. The agent found it on its own while doing something else. That's the part that stuck with me — it catches things you weren't watching for.

running two businesses at once doesn't double your chances - it halves your attention the founder in that conversation was managing $11M in construction at an 18% margin and $3M in elevators at a 30% margin yet he still needed a mentor in a room to tell him where his time should go the numbers already held the answer. he just had no internal system surfacing them three simple metrics: > profit per hour of his time > growth velocity > margin trends over 6 months an automated system tracking those three numbers weekly would have made the decision obvious half a year before that meeting ever took place. instead, he kept splitting his energy and managing the gap manually, waiting for a feeling to become clear enough to act on. most founders do the same thing across different projects, clients, and locations. they stay far too long in the wrong place simply because nothing is quantifying the true cost of their hesitation the data is already sitting in the business right now - in the invoices, the time logs, and the profit reports. all of it exists but data sitting in separate places has no voice. an AI layer connected across those sources does. it pulls the numbers together, tracks them over time, and puts the answer in front of you before the cost of waiting compounds further you don't need a consultant to tell you where to focus you need a system that makes it impossible to ignore the answer you already have.
