🚀New Video: Claude Code Skills Just Got Even Better
2 videos in one day?? Had to do it... Claude Code just dropped a major update to how skills work. The new Skill Creator helps you build better skills from scratch, run evals to test how they perform, optimize existing skills for better accuracy, and trigger them more reliably. In this video, I break down everything that changed and then do a full live build of a brand new skill so you can see exactly how it works. Whether you're just getting started with Claude Code or you've already been building skills, this update makes the whole workflow significantly better.

🚀New Video: Turn Claude Code Into Your Executive Assistant in 27 Mins
In this video, I walk you through exactly how I built my own AI executive assistant using Claude Code, and how you can do the same. We go through four phases: setting up the project, adding context and rules, building out your first skills and sub-agents, and how to let it grow over time by layering in more skills, memory, and context as your needs evolve. By the end, you'll have a clear blueprint for setting up a personal AI assistant that actually works the way you work, not just a generic chatbot, but something that knows your business, follows your systems, and gets smarter the more you use it.

SaaS builds. $16K contracts. First clients. Outbound systems going live. This week inside AIS+ was all about leverage turning into real results. Here are a few standout wins inside AIS+ 👇 👉 @Michael Elliott landed a $16.8K contract in just 10 hours of work using Claude Code. 👉 @Krishna A closed another $2,000 deal - now $4K+ this year building apps, agents, and SaaS. 👉 @Viktorio Halcu secured his first client on commission, building an AI outbound calling agent. 👉 @Ahmad Abd Alkarim built his first full vibe-coded SaaS with multi-tenant authentication and dashboard systems. 👉 @Mike Thomson launched Outreach Dashboard v2 - full cold email infrastructure stack live and ready to scale. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight: @Mike Thomson | Systems Before Scale Mike didn’t join looking for magic. He joined because he saw people actually building. After testing multiple systems, he rebuilt his entire cold outreach infrastructure using insights shared inside AIS+. Domains. Inboxes. Warmup. Follow-ups. Automation stack ready. Now he’s weeks away from launching outreach at scale. Mike’s journey is proof that you don’t need hype - you need systems, consistency, and the right room. 🎥 Watch Mike's story 👇 ✨ Want to see wins like this every week? You aren't using GoHighLevel. You are just renting a very expensive digital Rolodex.
I look inside a lot of agency GHL accounts, and the same pattern keeps popping up: Founders are paying for a powerhouse automation engine, but they are only using it as a glorified address book. If you aren't mapping out automated logic to plug your operational leaks, you are leaving massive efficiency (and revenue) on the table. You don't need complex, 50-step workflows to see ROI. Here are the 3 foundational architectures every service business must deploy immediately: ⚡ 1. Zero-Latency Inbound Capture (The Speed-to-Lead Protocol) The Old Way: Lead comes in, sits in a queue, gets an email 4 hours later. The Architecture: Webhook catches the lead → Instant SMS/Email validation within 5 seconds while intent is at its absolute peak. Fast responses don't just increase conversions; they instantly build algorithmic trust. 📞 2. Missed-Call Revenue Deflection The Old Way: Someone calls, you are busy, they hang up and call your competitor. The Architecture: The moment the call drops, GHL triggers a customized SMS: "Hey, sorry we missed you! I'm tied up right now, but how can I help?" This single automation recovers thousands of dollars in dropped intent every month. 🔄 3. The Infinite Reactivation Pipeline The Old Way: 3 days of follow-ups, then the lead is forgotten forever. The Architecture: If a lead doesn't book, they don't die—they get routed into a low-friction, 6-month nurture sequence. Most high-ticket sales happen after the 5th touchpoint. Software is just an empty shell. Systems are the actual engine. GHL doesn't grow your business—the workflows you build inside it do. Which specific workflow or automation actually moved the needle the most for your business when you first set it up? Let’s discuss!
"I Replaced My Project Manager With a Skill File"
Most people use AI like a search engine with better grammar. Ask a question, get an answer, move on. I use it like a chief of staff. Her name is Athena. She opens my work sessions, pulls up what's active, flags what's overdue, tells me what to focus on, and closes the session with a debrief when I'm done. She knows my clients, my priorities, my stack, and my communication style. She's not an app. She's not a SaaS product. She's a set of instructions I wrote in a text file. Here's what that actually looks like. I sit down in the morning, open my terminal, and type two words: "athena go." She comes back with a session brief — what's active, what's blocked, what's waiting on someone else, what's overdue. One recommended focus at the top. No fluff. No "Good morning! How can I help you today?" Just the situation report. I work. She tracks what we touch. When I'm done, I say "ace" and she closes the session — here's what got done, here's what carries forward, here's what's stuck. Every session logged. Every decision tracked. Zero context lost between days. Why this matters if you run a business. The problem isn't that AI can't do things. It's that most people treat every conversation with AI like it's the first one. No memory. No priorities. No operating procedure. You're re-explaining your business every time you open a chat window. What I built is the opposite. Athena knows the playbook. She knows that when I say "scope" I mean assess the situation, not write a proposal. She knows to lead with what's working before surfacing problems. She knows not to waste my time. That's not magic. That's architecture. The shift nobody's talking about. Everyone's focused on what AI can generate — copy, images, code. The real leverage is in how AI operates alongside you. The difference between a tool and a team member is continuity. Context. Judgment. I didn't build Athena because it was cool. I built her because I was losing 30 minutes every morning re-loading context from yesterday. Now I lose zero.
