🚀New Video: How I'd Learn n8n if I had to Start Over in 2026
If I had to start over and learn n8n from scratch today, this is the exact path I’d follow. The skills to focus on, the mistakes to avoid, and the fastest way to go from beginner to building real workflows that clients actually pay for. This is one of my most valuable videos yet, so I hope you guys enjoy!

🚀New Video: n8n 2.0 is Here (What You Need to Know)
I just walked through everything new in n8n version 2.0. This update brings a refreshed UI, smoother animations, and a few behavior changes that make building automations feel more intuitive. In the video, I highlight the biggest improvements, show how they affect your workflows, and share what you should expect as you transition to the new version. When automation creates fake progress
I’ve seen teams feel productive because a lot of automation was shipped, even though nothing meaningful actually improved. Dashboards look better, workflows are busier, but the real bottleneck stays untouched. Automation can create a strong illusion of progress when it optimizes activity instead of outcomes. Lately I try to ask a simple question: what would be measurably better if this automation didn’t exist at all? If the answer is unclear, we’re probably automating motion, not impact. How do you tell the difference between real progress and automated busywork?

I made $0 for 3 months doing AI "the right way"
I made $0 for three months while "learning AI." Then I stopped building random tools and started asking: who needs meetings and doesn't have a system to get them? Found a marketing agency. Offered to run their cold outbound using AI for research + sequencing. Charged $3k to start. First month: 12 qualified calls. They renewed. Then they referred someone. That was the turn. Not when I learned the best prompt framework. When I sold something people were already looking for. If you're stuck in learning mode, you might just be avoiding the sales part. It's fine. Just notice it. The fastest fix is to sell pipeline. Businesses get it immediately. If you'd rather keep it private, shoot me a line — either way.
