Project Completed: GoHighLevel IVR System
Happy to share the completion of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system I recently built using GoHighLevel. If you’ve ever called a bank or large company, you’ve experienced IVR and this project follows that same proven structure. What this IVR setup does: - Greets callers with a clear welcome message - Guides callers to the right department using keypad options - Records voicemails when agents aren’t available - Transfers calls to live agents when needed - Collects caller inputs and routes them accurately The goal was simple: reduce missed calls, improve customer experience, and make call handling more organized and the client was really happy with how smoothly it works. Projects like this remind me how much impact well-structured systems can have on day-to-day operations, especially for businesses that rely heavily on phone calls. Always open to exchanging ideas or learning how others are using IVR and call automation in their workflows
