This little scribble came to me during "Afterglow Sundays" this week with @bigcrave And @Miss Lady Why? Don't know really. But I thought I share it hear anyway. Really enjoyed Afterglow. Great way to relax after the farm on a Sunday. Lizard come in all different sizes. Logic, stepping back, instinctively is right. Left, how long do you think a lizard will wait? How long pause and seriously consider A bigger lizard intent on being a sinner Size, appetite, is it's intent the exact same As the day it ate George, a little lizard mate. No engaging leaving nothing to chew over. Little lizard, logically, had already gone away. What logic would there be in deciding to stay Only the Rules of a more considered mind, Shouldn't of picked this spot to sun and to play When rules are here to be broken, instinct to stay So the little lizard, logically, had already gone away. Returning often to the familiar friendly spot. Familiarity breeds first feelings of warmth Comfort and safety and just maybe Big Lizard Won't be walking this way, this particular day. The second child is of course contempt. Desire may fade, if unmet time after time. But lizards are opportunistic carnivores So the little lizard, logically, had already gone away. Of course the little lizard having gone You might think this little tale was all done Then some unlooked for thing comes along The smallest, tiniest thing, noticed in passing Doing what is familiar safe and comforting Engaged Tiny lizard didn't see little Lizard, To Tiny, a big lizard travelling unfamiliar routes Opportunistically Little lizard, instinctively of course Ate tiny lizard in is new capacity of being big Gobbled up because Little Lizard could He was familiar with the taste, it tasted good

A little scribble about Father's Day, something I have always had mixed feelings about. I am a proud father of four beautiful daughter and grandad to two boys and a girl. But the role models I encountered as a child were at the very least questionable. To all the father out there who try, who deserve it, Happy Father's Day. 🙏❤️

Would really appreciate feed back on this scribble. Mainly because it wasn't scribbled. It is the first time in nearly a 1000 posts and reels on my IG page I have gone "off the dome." Just not something I do. For some reason just thought I'd give it a go this morning. The story is from my own childhood and because of the nature of my Advocacy work on theperfecttenclub, the content does relate to abuse and child trafficking. It is not so much the content as the effect and impact I am interested in. The video of me, in the window is the unedited recording, the rest of the images I overlaid along with the distorted music.

Saw the "Carrying Tone" post. I haven't written to it yet. But I thought I would share this. The post particularly the second slide, took me back to when I taught theatre and worked as a stage and lighting designer. The over laid images are from a theatre design theory, Circa 1900, one I taught and was hugely influenced by in my design work. The Four Moods. Henry Edward Gordon Graig Stage designer early 1900s Movement, action, words, colour and rhythm, a strong means of conceptualization, combining in a dynamic form. Early Italian painters and architects, such as Duccio and Sebastiano Serlio, as well as the Japanese theatre, influenced Craig to pursue a "total" theatre, with an emphasis on dance and colour symbolism. Change the colour, change the tone, change the mood.
