👨‍🏫 Recommendations:

A- The queries should be high intent, specific questions that your clients might ask when looking for recommendations related to your business, i,e: "Vision Therapy for kids near North York" or "Best Business systems live coaching".

B- Create some business-level tracking sheet and also product/service-level tracking sheets so you have a good sense as to how visible the different entities of your business are and help you get some direction.

C- It's okay if our business doesn't show currently, the idea is to have a reference point and start working towards earning the recommendation.

🏁 How to get started:

1- Create your first set of high intent business related queries to track, you can use any LLM to help you ideate your first set of queries.

2- Go to the AI Visibility Tracking Sheet Link, and make a copy of the file.

3- Duplicate the sheet to keep a clean version available for anytime that you want to start a new tracking session.

4- Set the date and paste the queries next to the AI platforms that you wish to track.

5- Open one tab per each platform that you're looking to track and input the queries on each of the platforms (For ChatGPT make sure that the "Web Search" feature is enabled!).
