My Video Testimony

I apologize for my excessive usage of "ums" in advance 🙏🏻- I don't normally talk like this. I did it in 1 take as I pulled over on my drive, and wanted it to be as raw and authentic as possible.

Congrats to everyone who completed the 5 day Challenge, to everyone that attempted and gave it their best, and to everyone that took this step regardless. It takes a lot of courage and we should all be super proud of ourselves 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
