A Little Trick for Peaceful Nights
Sleep can be especially tricky when "T" is part of your life. Some nights, the ringing feels louder in the quiet, making it hard to relax or drift off.
I’ve learned a few gentle ways to make it a little easier:
  • Using soft background noise, like a fan or calming music
  • Breathing slowly and focusing on the body, rather than the sound
  • Creating a cozy, dark, comfortable space for rest
Some nights are still tough, and that’s okay. Being kind to yourself and letting sleep come in its own time helps more than fighting the sound ever could.
