[Dist 1, Hybrid]Engineering Manager (Golang/RoR/JavaScript Backend Focus)
Japanese product company, ONLY 1-2 days in the office
■ Requirements
Must have:
● 15+ Years of total professional experience in Software Development/Engineering.
● 2-3+ Years of experience in a formal Team Lead or Manager role, specifically leading a team of 4- 5 members.
● Strong and proven backend development experience with: Golang, Ruby on Rails (RoR),
JavaScript (and associated frameworks/technologies).
● Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
● Language: Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
● Experience with Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP)
● Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and DevOps tools
● Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
● Familiarity with the [Relevant Industry] sector.
■Working time: Mon - Fri: 9h00-18h00, Hybrid working
