Hey all, hope the new year is treating everyone well 😀 Got a technical question, i've setup my outbound system everything seems good to go for for some reason i cant get the calls to actually connect/dial. Ive tried multiple numbers and have consumed as much assistables content as humanly possible and i still cant find the issue, i've gone through all the motions simplifying ghl workflow to literally one node, gone through all of the twillio settings etc nothing seems to work. If anyone has any insight into this it would very much appreciated. Cheers 🙏

Am unable to import or clone voice, have tried both and neither have worked as no voices have been added to my account, does everyone have this issue? I'm also trying to set up a pre-call number check, have a n8n automation setup for this and have added the endpoint to assistables, it successfully hits the webhook but when n8n responds assistables doesn't use the data. Have tried almost everything and am still unsure if this is even possible. The goal is for it to be able to determine if the incoming number is linked to a client which the automation does, and if so greet them by name and have all the details. Used the same automation as a tool and it worked fine, so either it doesn't run fast enough or assistables doesn't store the response data. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated cheers :)

Tried cloning a few voices now but not loading, is this an isolated issue on my end? Or others experienced the same recently? I know the limited was raised but wondering if it's been capped again.
