@Benjamin Major Agree... Don't want to sound like a dick, but locked in is literally a mindset of 'Cba' for the hassle rather than locked in. Having migrated mammoth software projects that were the biggest pain in my ass, it IS still viable. You can literally port each number at a time to Twilio, a2p it --> connect at a sub-account level. Won't break anything massively if you don't go straight to the agency level.
@Steven Logreira @Simeon Krastev @Smart Luke @Robert Boydston - The chat widget is beta, I would avoid it and stick to an orb if you want to avoid errors on a customer experience front. It works 1st time well as mentioned, but otherwise requires incognito, has issues with booking etc.
Tried cloning a few voices now but not loading, is this an isolated issue on my end? Or others experienced the same recently? I know the limited was raised but wondering if it's been capped again.
@Luis Garibay Yeah pretty niche for sure. I think the issue is in Assistable side, the labelling is terrible. For example, if you search 'Mexican' you get 2 voices because the voices imported have no back-end labelling so it's a guessing game
