Course Uploaded - Understanding Discipline.
Many of you came here asking one question in different forms: “Why do I know what is right… but fail to stay consistent?” I’ve opened a classroom called “Understanding Discipline” It is about training the nafs with clarity and mercy. Module 1 and 2 is ready. You can enter slowly. No pressure to finish. This is for those who want to become steady, not impressive. Posting the link here. https://www.skool.com/how-to-self-coach-your-nafs-4445/classroom/1cb9b427

✨Ramadan Mubarak✨
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu ✨ Finally we entered the blessed month. May Allah purify our intentions and grant the towfeeq to make use of each and every precious moment of these blessed days. Aameen. Let us make this precious du’a from Quran, that was revealed to prophet Muhammed ﷺ before he set off to Madinah. َبِّ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِي مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَل لِّي مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَانًا نَّصِيرً Rabbi adkhilnee mudkhala ṣidqin wa akhrijnee mukhraja ṣidqin waj‘al lee min ladunka sulṭanan naṣeerah “My Lord, admit me with a truthful entrance and let me exit with a truthful exit, and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.” — (Qur’an 17:80) ✨Ramadan Mubarak ✨

A New Course Is Now Open - The conscious Integrated Muslim Empath
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu 🌷 Taking pauses is part of healthy pacing. I’ll be continuing to share reflections here as we move forward, bi’idhnillah. Alongside this community, I’ve opened a new self-paced course for those who feel ready to go deeper into nafs awareness, emotional integration, and dignified boundaries — without self-erasure and without dependency. This course is not about fixing yourself. It is about understanding how your inner patterns were formed and learning how to live with more clarity, restraint, and self-responsibility — anchored in faith. You may explore it here, only if and when you feel ready: 🔗 https://schoolofnafs.my.canva.site/the-school-of-nafs-coaching Please move gently. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. May Allah place barakah in sincere intentions and make our inner work a means of nearness to Him. — From The School of Nafs Coaching, a humble means.

Ramadan Reflection: Detaching from Social Media to Attach to Allah
Ramadan is not just about adding good deeds. Sometimes it is about subtracting distractions. I’ve been reflecting on how much of our emotional, mental, and even spiritual energy quietly leaks into social media during this month. Scrolling, posting, checking reactions, consuming without presence…. This is not a call to quit social media entirely. It is an invitation to observe our nafs: - What does constant exposure do to our khushū‘? - Does visibility dilute sincerity? - Are we feeding the soul? Or feeding the urge to be seen? For some hearts, silence deepens connection. For others, reduced engagement creates space for Qur’an, du‘ā, and inner stillness. Let’s reflect together: - Are you considering reducing or detaching from social media this Ramadan? - What resistance do you notice in yourself when you try? - What opens up when you don’t reach for the phone? This is a safe space — no right or wrong answers. Just honest muḥāsabah. Sometimes the most powerful Ramadan shift is not outward productivity, but inward presence.
