Do you say thank you?
99% of prospects will not thank you for cold calling them. Most managers won't thank you for cold calling. You won't even thank yourself. Yet, you are doing a hard job. You're putting yourself on the line. And you are fundamentally helping yourself. Do you thank yourself for having the courage to pick up the phone? Those of you who are struggling, don't forget to check the Classroom, a bunch of free shit is there for you. And don't forget the biggest value is the knowledge you get from each other. Any questions refer to me or @Cinzia Sirbu. PS: If you want to level up with Weekly roleplays and Q&A check out the Elite Community

What is rewarded is repeated!
Which part is the hardest?
Hello Underdogs, Which part of the cold call do you find the hardest? Here are a few hints: Connect rate: Tech stack or data are the issue. Getting hung up on: Opener or Tone are the issue Not enough conversations: Pitch is the problem Not enough meetings from conversations: Objections Sat rate: You're not going deep enough with the problems. What's your nightmare?

Keeping them on track after the problem based pitching and also the right data so you are reaching relevant people.
The "I'm Not Interested" Wall
Imagine you're facing a prospect who's incredibly resistant to your pitch. They're giving you the 'I'm not interested' line for the third time. What's YOUR secret weapon to break through that wall and keep the conversation going?

“When you say you are not interested does that mean you don’t struggle with problem a or b?” If they say they don’t ask them how they solved their problems. Look for faults in what they say.

A small helping hand...
Hello my people, Bellow is a small part of my script that I've built. just wondered how this part could be changed for more effect. "Now my research tells me you haven't/have run ads on Google or Facebook, but/so my instincts tell me you've got some experience in handling the problems I just listed?" Thankyou people. ❤️

Advice on my GTM Strategy
I'm seeking advice on refining my 2025 Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our VoIP services. Our core business focuses on Managed IT and Cybersecurity for SMBs, and our outbound efforts have primarily targeted these areas, resulting in limited leads for our VoIP offerings. To address this, I've planned the following cold email campaign, followed by outreach: Day 1: Introductory cold email (focussed on pain points, without a direct sales pitch) Day 3: Follow-up email (approximately 30 words) Day 5: Final follow-up email (approximately 30 words) Day 7: Outreach call to confirm interest and categorize as 'Not Interested' or add to leads/opportunities I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights from the community to enhance this approach. Are there specific strategies or adjustments you would recommend to improve lead generation for our VoIP services? Thank you in advance for your valuable input.

Day 1 — Cold Call + Email 1 + LinkedIn Connection & Post Engagement Day 2 — LinkedIn Message Day 3 — No contact Day 4 — Cold Call + Email 2 Day 6 — Cold Call + Email 3 Day 8 — LinkedIn Message Day 10 — Email 4 (Final Follow-Up) This is the cadence I use. Worth a try.
