I'm seeking advice on refining my 2025 Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our VoIP services. Our core business focuses on Managed IT and Cybersecurity for SMBs, and our outbound efforts have primarily targeted these areas, resulting in limited leads for our VoIP offerings. To address this, I've planned the following cold email campaign, followed by outreach:
Day 1: Introductory cold email (focussed on pain points, without a direct sales pitch)
Day 3: Follow-up email (approximately 30 words)
Day 5: Final follow-up email (approximately 30 words)
Day 7: Outreach call to confirm interest and categorize as 'Not Interested' or add to leads/opportunities
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights from the community to enhance this approach. Are there specific strategies or adjustments you would recommend to improve lead generation for our VoIP services?
Thank you in advance for your valuable input.
