Advice on my GTM Strategy
I'm seeking advice on refining my 2025 Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our VoIP services. Our core business focuses on Managed IT and Cybersecurity for SMBs, and our outbound efforts have primarily targeted these areas, resulting in limited leads for our VoIP offerings. To address this, I've planned the following cold email campaign, followed by outreach: Day 1: Introductory cold email (focussed on pain points, without a direct sales pitch) Day 3: Follow-up email (approximately 30 words) Day 5: Final follow-up email (approximately 30 words) Day 7: Outreach call to confirm interest and categorize as 'Not Interested' or add to leads/opportunities I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights from the community to enhance this approach. Are there specific strategies or adjustments you would recommend to improve lead generation for our VoIP services? Thank you in advance for your valuable input.

Hey Underdogs.. What dialer are you currently using (power and parallel)? I am currently using Orum, but for the country I am from, its very expensive for me. What dialer would you suggest?

@Nizar Gaabour Thank you
How does an underdog build a good list to call?
I keep reading you can be the best cold call skills and have best emails but if your list is poor then those skills count for nothing. For those of you that build your own list what’s your process? Do match prospects with existing customers or something else?

I focus on building lists by segment (as per industry) as per targeting SMBs. Using insights from existing customers helps me spark meaningful conversations and drive results
