Anybody have a good method to set up round robin call transfers for my real estate agents? I need to be able to set it up by unequal percentages. TIA

Here is how to use SIP Trunking to import your own Telephony numbers into Assistable to make outbound calls and accept inbound calls - I use a brand new twilio account with a brand new SIP trunk to set everything up along side you This is for Twilio but can be done in any telephony service that allows for SIP trunking. 📄 Documentation & Materials To Copy: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1m_chXLNM1RQqd4XgsG2CZb6gjmiiXyXpBnl975qsfgk/edit?usp=sharing Simplified Steps: 1. Create an Elastic SIP Trunk in the Super Network Tab in Twilio 2. Navigate to Termination (This is for outbound), create your unique termination URI and allow access via IP Access Control Lists 3. Navigate to Origination (this is for inbound), paste the origination uri and save 4. Bring a number into the trunk or buy a number (you still have to bring it into the trunk when you buy it) 5. Import into the system and assign it to an assistant and you good to go ^^ Thats obviously oversimplified but this vid and doc should cover everything for you. -- DEBUGGING GUIDE: go to your telephony provider... seriously, there is 0 we can do when it comes to your account. The info you provide is used to configure the packet, and it's up to the telephony system to decide if it goes through. Reach out to their support or read logs

Alrighty, I finished up the self-selling snapshot. Screenshots attached of a sneak peak. Im going to have the guys (and team) check my work tomorrow before we release it and add more failsafes (like accidental hangups etc) and get 'er launched. I'm gonna go spend some time with little man and will film and send out snapshot after someone else testing / breaking :) This includes 1 assistant with 3 states: evaluator, demo, and closer. Meant to actually extract information from a user, turn it into a usable demo (and send the demo) and then finish them with a closer agent afterwards. This also includes access to 3 unofficial apis: misspelling API, screenshot API, and webscrape API. These send a screenshot of the user's website and a quick blip to kick off the demo stage. I've also included some custom javascript to correct URLs from form fills (some people love to mess up their own website url..) A doc with prompts and instructions included.
