Hello family! This Thursday at 6pm MST I will be leading a breathwork workshop to help you heal & regulate your nervous system. This will be a live breathwork workshop to activate deep healing and raise your vibration. We’ll start with a signature whiteboard teaching where I will describe how trauma gets stored in the body and how to release it, then drop into a powerful 30-minute guided breathwork journey, and close with an open Q&A.
