The $1.50/mailbox cold email infrastructure I use to send 100K+ emails monthly
Hey everyone 👋 I've been meaning to share this with the community for a while now, and I figured it's time to stop gatekeeping this resource. Quick context: When I scaled our PR agency to $800K/month, one of the biggest operational costs was email infrastructure. At $8/mailbox on Google Workspace, running 300+ mailboxes was costing us $2,400/month just in mailbox fees. The alternative I found: There's a category of SMTP services with unmanaged IP addresses that cost $1-1.50 per mailbox/month. I'm currently running 375 active mailboxes across 75 domains through one of these services. What you get: • Unlimited scaling potential • 3-click setup process • Direct export into Instantly • Professional SMTP infrastructure • Full domain ownership and control The important caveat (please read): This is NOT for beginners. Here's why: With Google/Microsoft, they manage IP reputation for you. With these SMTP services, YOU are responsible for maintaining sender reputation. If you get spam complaints or hit spam traps, the entire IP range gets flagged and all your mailboxes go to spam. Who this is for: ✅ You already have a profitable cold email system with Google/Microsoft ✅ You consistently get low spam complaint rates ✅ You understand deliverability fundamentals ✅ You're ready to scale and reduce operational costs My current setup: I use this service alongside Google and Microsoft mailboxes to diversify infrastructure. When Google had those recent policy changes, my campaigns kept running because I wasn't 100% dependent on them. To get instant access to this: Comment "INBOX" below and I'll DM you the link 📦

🔑 The secret to leads? It starts in your mind
We all want more leads, but the truth is your mindset shapes how you show up, how you follow up, and how you close. 👉 A scattered mind = scattered results. 👉 A focused, positive mind = steady flow. This month, I’m working on building both my mindset and my pipeline. What about you?, What mental shift are you making to improve your lead generation? Let’s share and keep each other accountable 👇

@Watsonones James That’s absolutely true, being involved in systems and workflows following checklists is great but it’s more of a work where your brain is in a numb position where it just follows like a robot. Sometimes you should step back and re-analyze the systems, try different approaches, make tweaks.

@Jens Engstrom yes indeed.
Your thought on online business
When I first came across online business, I honestly thought it was a scam. I couldn’t imagine people making real money just from their phone or laptop. But I started seeing stories of normal people, students, workers, parents, earning extra income, and I decided to give it a try. The beginning wasn’t smooth at all. I felt lost, confused, and sometimes wanted to quit. But little by little, with consistency and learning, things started to change. Now, looking back, I’m glad I didn’t give up on the journey. I’m curious… 👉 What was the first thought you had when you heard about online business? Drop your story below ⬇️ I’d love to hear it.

@Victor Lebrun its always the same experience when the brain gets to know something new it tries its best to push it because it doesn’t like change, it always likes to stay with familiar things. And that’s where you fight your familiar bias to try new things, if it works then it’s good, if it doesn’t then at least you got the answer instead of wondering if it works.
