When to stop the campaign?
Hi Everyone, When do you decide that the campaign is flopped and needs to be stopped ? Assuming, not getting the bare minimum response needed...like 1.5% Wait for a week at least or first mails to 1000 leads or any other benchmarking before you start tweaking or moving to the next campaign ? @Grant Charge , @Roger Roland , @Max Khalus , any inputs would be helpful. When to stop the campaign?

@Grant Charge thanks...i have 1.5% response rate atm but less bookings ..also I don't track open rate as recommended by everyone to improve deliverability. Do you recommend to track it ?

Love the concept of clubbing multiple tools and save on the cost...I will give it a try soon.
Q: Reply Rate Definition ?
Hey Everyone, I see two definitions for the reply rate. First, is: Number of unique replies / number of emails delivered * 100 = percentage reply rate. For example, if you send out 500 cold emails and receive back 50 replies, your reply rate would be 10%. and second is, Number of unique replies / number of recipients * 100 = percentage reply rate. For example, if you send out to 100 leads and receive back 50 replies, your reply rate would be 50%. Instantly shows it as the second one, But what is more appropriate in your opinion.

Solved - Issue: Instantly personalisation preview bug
Hey Everyone, As confirmed by instantly support, this is a known issue at the moment with no ETA. FYI I am trying to see the preview with different leads before sending the cold email but the personalisation field is not changing. It is showing the value of first lead in the list, no matter which lead i select in the preview. It should show the value of the personalisation field for the respective leads. I am not sure, if this would affect the real campaign as well. Their bot said, it won't affect the real campaign but yet to hear from the team Has anyone got any update ? @Grant Charge @Harshil Bhimani @Samyog Dhital

I just did the full testing and came to know, this issue is old and a bug. However, it doesn't affect the real campaign. So, nothing to worry. Instantly should have some documentation around it. Total waste of time on testing for something which is known issue. Updated the title of this thread.

@Samyog Dhital yes. does not affect the real campaign.
Q: 400 mails per day include new or follow up as well ?
Hey Everyone, When we say, send 400 mails daily to get enough volume, does it mean 400 new emails every day or include follow up as well. How do you divide between new leads vs follow up emails everyday? or you first blast everyone with the new leads and once all the new leads are over, only then follow ups are sent. For examples, 1st follow up is after 3 days. I have 4000 emails and sending 400 per day which means, for next 10 days, my capacity would be used to send mails to new leads and only after 10 days, 1st follow up will send OR, in instantly, we have option of limiting new leads to (let's say 300) , keep "Prioritise new leads" option Enabled to send 300 mails to new leads and remaining 100 quota for follow ups. What is the better approach here?

@Willem Greeff Yup, I implemented the advise today in my campaign. Totally makes sense.
