The motivation is not being stuck, is also finding a purpose, to test the limits of what I’m capable of achieving physically, spiritually, financially etc. once the goal to achieve those things is set. While also experiencing this journey of becoming stronger and healthier and wiser. Learning the lessons and evolving into better version of me. Becoming a better person for myself and everyone else who needs me on my A game🫶🙏🏻🙌🏻

I notice that Hakeem has spoken on the benefits of cold showers. Can anyone add to what’s pictured here? What differences have you noticed since you’ve started! I’ll go! One of my biggest struggles is to wake up once I’m up. I’m sluggish for at least an hour. I started cold showers a few days ago & it gives me that boost I need in the morning to “Get over it & get after it!!!

Yess! That’s awesome! So many benefits to cold shower! I’ve been doing cold showers since the pandemic that gave me major anxiety and nearly panicked attacks. Once I started getting into the cold showers it’s like magic. (Ain’t easy at first and super uncomfortable!!) And your brain will try to trick you out of it in first stages but don’t listen to it just do it 3-2-1 turn that cold steam on! It doesn’t have to be long at first starting with 15-20sec and adding up every day till you reach 1 or 2 minutes

Also I recently I read that cold water stresses your body in a good way and body releases some amounts of cortisol(stress hormone) so when you do cold shower early in the morning the body already has used all that cortisol of the day therefore later on you are more stress resistant and more grounded during your day cause there’s be socially no stress hormone left if your body. Big advocate for cold showers here 😁🙋🏻‍♀️thought might be useful info 🙌🏻
