Sales calls
Bit of a silly issue, but does anyone know how to deal with how people struggle to join a zoom meeting or a google video when they dont have the app. Trying to figure test it myself by joining a zoom link without having the app but keeping getting “Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.” & when i try it on google just doesn’t load?

@Prince Abubakar can't they do it on their PC?
Following Up On Leads - Phoning Vs Messaging Vs Both Vs Neither
I'm not at this stage yet. My one client is free and has a very low budget campaign, so for him I'm just sending the leads. But when I get a paying client, I will most certainly be following up. For those who have generated sales for their clients, what's enough? In the long-term running of my agency, I'll likely only be messaging. But does both messaging and phoning have such an advantage over messaging alone that it's worth the effort? For context, this is for trade services like roofers and HVAC, therefore leaving the calling to the expert (client) might be preferable.

@Michael Keaveney +1 to what emmett said, additionally you can't trust that your client will actually call the leads within 5 mins, especially since if that first client isn't paying you loads. calling the leads will give you a better idea of the leads' latent conditions and overall situation, so you can make better messaging and ads tailored to them. now from my experience in my niche, not all people will answer calls, and not all people will answer texts, but 95% of people either answer a call or respond to a text. finally, you can charge more if you call the leads - even if it's a kind of triage call where you just setup another call with the client, it means they don't have to deal with timewaster leads and only call the leads who are likely to pickup and are likely to take the next step. Since they are probably really busy they would find that super valuable.
Low Quality Leads - Meta Ads
Hey folks, I'm dealing with a major issue in my agency—client churn. Most of my clients only stay for a month or two because of low-quality leads. I generate leads through FB & IG ads and send them to a Facebook lead form, then prequalify with GHL (you know the process). But the problem is: - Many leads enter wrong numbers or just don’t respond after filling out the form. - Even when I follow up within 1-2 minutes, calls go to voicemail, and messages get ignored. I tried using a landing page instead of a lead form—it helped slightly but didn’t solve the issue. I also use toll-free numbers instead of local GHL numbers (due to cost), which might be affecting pickup rates. This is hurting the business—I constantly need new clients, and even my confidence in the service is taking a hit. If anyone has insights on improving lead quality, follow-up rates, or Meta ad strategies, I’d really appreciate it. Any advice helps—don't hesitate guys to leave a comment if you know smth i don't know related to how i make the leads better with meta ads, make the hole process generate at least ppl who take the phone and reply back to my follow up not just random guys like they are bots or smth 🙌

@Leith Dammagh i used to have a similar issue but what I have now is as soon as the lead comes in, we call them straightaway, if they don't pickup/it's in the midddle of the night, a text gets sent to them immediately that tells them something to the gist of "hey name, we have received your request for xyz, the next step is to have a quick phone call so we can answer all your questions, when is a good time to give you a call", if they don't respond after 1hr, we send another text asking if they are still interested. around 60-70% of people respond to either of those 3, and if they don't they go into a 7 day text sequence.

@Leith Dammagh Yeah well there's a couple other things you can do, firstly at the end of the lead form have a message saying "One last thing! We just sent you a text to confirm, please reply ASAP", secondly make sure you have manual questions in the lead form if you haven't already, and thirdly make sure the ad is speaking to high quality leads. I noticed an uptick in lead quality when I stopped using an offer in my clients' ads and instead focussed on the pain points and the solution, with "Learn More" as the CTA. Are you currently running an offer-based ad ATM?
GoCardless vs Stripe
Hey guys, has anytime used GoCardless over stripe. My Accountant recommended it as you can easily integrate with invoicing and almost 50% less $ with fees. Just not sure as its all direct deposits which you can still automatically charge but the money has to be in your clients account but the low fees are a big draw (currrently paying $700-1k in stripe fees p/m).

I'm curious does it let you send payment links in the same way as Stripe does? And do debit card payments as opposed to just bank transfers?

Because I'm not sure if that would be unnecessary friction when onboarding a new client?
Niche Scrape
Guys, what should i do when i already scraped all leads of my niche from the google my business and the contacted all list? How can i get clients from same niche if there's no other websites specifically for this niche, i'm only seeing ads as an option now but i want really to hear your opinions, any one's opinion will help

@Leith Dammagh you've probably got enough leads already, so the idea of getting new leads might eventually lead you to the conclusion that there's no real way to get lots more leads and you'll go back to your existing leads anyway. in other words it will most likely be a waste of time so you'll probably do better focussing on what you have rather than spending time looking for new ways. Have been in this situation myself and I came to the conclusion that recycling leads is the best bet.
