Following Up On Leads - Phoning Vs Messaging Vs Both Vs Neither
I'm not at this stage yet. My one client is free and has a very low budget campaign, so for him I'm just sending the leads.
But when I get a paying client, I will most certainly be following up. For those who have generated sales for their clients, what's enough? In the long-term running of my agency, I'll likely only be messaging. But does both messaging and phoning have such an advantage over messaging alone that it's worth the effort? For context, this is for trade services like roofers and HVAC, therefore leaving the calling to the expert (client) might be preferable.
