NBA for sure — higher level execution, better spacing and IQ plays. Great for studying reads and off-ball movement. College is good for zone defense though! 🎥

Practice vs Performance coaching identity.
This is so true for coaches! Can our players depend on us to be the same in games as we are in practice? Usually it’s easier to be less intense during practices without spectators and outside expectations. But that’s such a disservice to our players. What's everyone thoughts on this and how do you handle this?

I think players reflect the habits and standards we reinforce every day in practice. Consistency from the coaching staff is a big part of building that culture.

SSGs for me.Players still get game-like reads, decisions and shooting reps at the same time.
