Scenario
How to Convince the seller who planning to sell and they already have a realtor. ? I was Door knocking and the lady come out she said they are thinking to sell and someone already coming tomorrow for the full home valuation. I was trying to convince her to give me sometime so that i can offer better rate to her,, after all the efforts she only gave me the phone number and said call me day after tomorrow. Called her 3rd day she said ,she hasn't sign anything yet with other realtor ,she is not sure to sell because market is down and they are seprating (Divorce) , I again tried to get the appiontment time but she didn't gave me the time. She said she will call me.. how to handle this situation now ??

Persistence Pays Off
Just wanted to share a quick story from yesterday that reminded me why consistency is everything in this game. Two years ago, I spoke to an owner who showed interest in selling but then changed his mind. Since then, I’ve called him every single month. Not once did he answer. Not once did he call back. Yesterday, out of the blue, he called me: “Hey mate, sorry I’ve seen all your calls. I just wasn’t ready to sell… but I am now.” That one call made it all worth it. If I had stopped calling, I would’ve been forgotten. But because I stayed consistent, I stayed top of mind. Lesson? Never assume it’s a no. Stay visible. Stay consistent. Stay in the game. You never know when your follow-up becomes their green light
