Door knocked first time ... got my license last week ... hit about 67 homes had about 8 convos and booked 2 appointments. Going out for 3 hours each day in an area that has had lots of solds. Also there has been terminations there and hopefully I can pick up an appointment ot two with those unhappy with thier present realtor ... I plan to hit this hard ... How can a new/beginner agent build a name for themself when starting out and start getting refferals and clients?

Back on the tools today. 📞 Hit the phones and locked in 2 listing appointments from open home attendees + follow-up emails from late last year. These owners were “just getting a feel” back then… now they’re ready to move. That window doesn’t stay open long. If you’re sitting on old leads, call them now before another agent does. Pick up the phone. Go get paid. LFG 💰🔥
