Any a advice is welcome 🙌🏼 Been door knocking for about 2 weeks now for around 2 hour per day with my only goal being to knock on more doors than the previous day. Its a small coastal town with the demographic mainly people around the retirement age. Im asking probing questions to anyone that seems welcoming( which is about 30%)with my only call to action is to take my card if they're ever thinking of selling or would like some advice. Should I be doing more to close for data grabbing/ appraisals or is it too soon and not be going in for data straight away? Open to all scripts/advice 🫶🏻

Hey guys. I tried the script 1 today and convinced 4 home owners to allow me to do a price update. I made appointments to see them in 2 days. Didn't go inside just at the front door. I went back to the office to create the appraisal document. I was told y the sales manager I shouldn't take that proposal document with me instead I should go to the appointment and take a look at the property first then go back to the office and then create the proposal and send it. Is this the correct way or what is everyone else doing?
