How to Convince the seller who planning to sell and they already have a realtor. ?

I was Door knocking and the lady come out she said they are thinking to sell and someone already coming tomorrow for the full home valuation. I was trying to convince her to give me sometime so that i can offer better rate to her,, after all the efforts she only gave me the phone number and said call me day after tomorrow. Called her 3rd day she said ,she hasn't sign anything yet with other realtor ,she is not sure to sell because market is down and they are seprating (Divorce) , I again tried to get the appiontment time but she didn't gave me the time. She said she will call me.. how to handle this situation now ??
