Oh yippee! I'm delighted to hear this! I know for sure I'd watch even more of the videos you offer on different topics; all so intriguing and applicable to various situations! However, I find myself a little anxious and "on the alert", because right in the middle of the video or wherever, when you're going deeper into relaxation, here comes some ad in a much louder voice. It cuts into the experience and, to me, lessens the therapeutic effect. Very distracting. But you know that. Sooo thoughtful and aware. I was just about to give in and sign up for YouTube Premium just so I could hear you ad-free. I've been feeling better and enjoying the benefits of the Yoga Nidra practices. I tell all my friends about it, and I send them a link to your videos. I'm so relieved to have found a way to cope with my afternoon fatigue (long story). My cognition goes out the window when I'm tired, and then I'm useless the rest of the day. But with the practices, this has greatly improved.
