New Recording Inquiry 🤩
Let's see! I am feeling called to tap into the collective for the next VIP Recording! I would love to record something special for you tomorrow. Part of my process is burning sage to clear the space, followed by palo santo to set intention before each recording session. I would love to know which season you're in and what you are exploring internally... SHARE BELOW What would support you this month? AND what length of Nidra would you enjoy to rest with the most!?

30-45 minutes gives me the flexibility based on how much time I have, time of day, and what I want to achieve. 30 mins. is good all around, but more or less time just depends. I appreciate and use all of the time choices we have. Many many thank yous. :)
5 Surprising Reasons
This piece explores how this practice can support your nervous system inside real life moments like mornings, learning something new, hard conversations, post-exercise recovery, and even dreaming. What I love most is how simple and adaptable this practice truly is. It meets you where you are, not where you think you should be. If you’ve been practicing Yoga Nidra for a while, I’m curious: • When do you naturally reach for it? • Which moment surprised you most in the article? • Have you noticed it changing how you respond to stress, not just how you sleep? If you’re newer here, this article is a gentle entry point into understanding what Yoga Nidra actually does beneath the surface. I’d love to hear what stood out for you or what you’re experimenting with lately. 🌙

Love the article and explanations; what Yoga Nidra is, when/how to use it, which videos to use, etc. I've been flying blind, and wondering if my choices of videos are the right ones, though I love them all. I'm one who really likes background knowledge of Yoga Nidra, or anything I'm doing or contemplating doing. It gives much more meaning, purpose, and direction for me. I also need to know if it's safe for me before I try it. Thank you for this article; very helpful. :)

PS, because of the article, I will definitely do the videos you suggested, and I'm excited to do them because I feel I know more about their purpose. I feel it will enhance the outcome. Yay!
Gratitude!

✨ I AM WORTHY OF REST is now live for VIP✨ ...Wait what!?
Thank you for being here in the Nova Nidra community. Every single message you send, every session you listen to, every moment you carve out for rest has shaped what this space has become. I’m truly grateful. For three years, I’ve shared Yoga Nidra on YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and now here. More than 30,000 people have practiced with me on YouTube, DOUBLE that on the podcast, and almost 800 of you have gathered in this community. That is wild. To keep creating from a place of presence instead of burnout, I’ve opened the option for you to support this community in a way that also feeds your own rest practice. To learn more... Watch the video and SHARE a GIF or your favourite emoji BELOW with your excitement about this new chapter and support!

Thank you , Ayla! You have been very generous and loving and I'm considering this beautiful offer! I'd love to dive deeper into the practice because when I understand the principles of anything that I resonate with, it gives me meaning, purpose, inspiration and motivation to commit. Otherwise the benefit is not the same without that. I've sometimes been dubious about which video to choose and when; that's where the knowledge comes in for me so that I can maximize the practices. If I don't have that, I skip the practice because I feel I don't know what I'm doing and that I might be making a mistake. For example, if a practice is NSDR for sleep, should i only do it at night and not during the day? Or does during the day make for better sleep at night? Things like that. So, have I talked myself into it yet? 😂 🤔 Blessings and Gratitude, Veronica 🙏💖🕊️🌺🪷😴

I've been with a meditation master for many years. I LOVE NSDR. It's a lifesaver in so many ways. Gratefully, Veronica
