@Lisa Vanderveen hope it does help, more and more, and that you continue to find patterns that support you really well in getting the sleep you need! Dr. Mindy Pelz is a treasure trove of information! I hope to take her coach training next time she offers it. If anyone is interested in getting started with intermittent fasting, I’d be happy to share with you some of my favorite videos of hers and the free resources she offers. You can also just look up, Dr. Mindy Pelz, Free Resources, and look through her YouTube channel, which is abundant with information!!

@Lisa Vanderveen thank you so much, and right back at you!!
❤️ Does your spouse still give you butterflies?
☀️Was just on the health & wealth call with @Kat Oakley and my husband called so I had my 6 year old answer. ⭐Now they're talking about their favorite pokemon and stuff like that and it's adorable to listen to (my 6 year old has my husband on speaker phone). 🦋After being together for 11 years, if i'm being honest, it's not always butterflies. 🌈But i'm happy that there are still so many sweet moments like this where i'm just grateful that he's the person i'm married to and get to spend my life and share my children with. 👇So, i'm curious, what are some of the things that your spouse does that still gives you butterflies?

I love and appreciate when he works on projects around the ranch, especially when he’s working with the kids and showing them how to do stuff. He’s also a whiz in the kitchen, I love it when he makes breakfast for the kids. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies, but these things remind me of how grateful I am to be with this dude…now going on 13 years. I love spending time together too, just doing anything- games, walks, we don’t get too much time with everything going on in our lives

@Michelle McCartney thanks for the prompt…what a wonderful thing to reflect on!
Sooo... I did a thing! 🤭
Last night after working with @Michelle McCartney, I created my very first Skool community! I'm a tiny bit nervous nervous, but also super excited! You know the feeling of when you've had an idea brewing for what seems like FOREVER and now it finally starts to take form in real life?! Yup, it's happening! So I wanted to share the good news with all of you here. 🫶🏼 So, who wants to take a guess - What do you think my Skool community will be about??

@Rositsa Aleksandrova could be…it’s such a mystery!!
Create Together!
One of the strongest things you can do in business is build relationships with other business owners (especially if you both have similar audiences). So, let everyone know what you do in the comments and who your audience is! If you see someone with the same audience that offers something you think your audience would love, connect with them to see about creating TOGETHER! Some ways to use this opportunity to GROW: 1. Do a workshop together to leverage BOTH of your audiences for more sales 2. Do a podcast episode together to cross promote and give value to each other's audiences 3. Do a in-person event that you guys split profits on 4. Do a virtual event that you guys split profits on 5. Do a workshop in each other's communities with a commission referral to the owner of the community for anybody that closes from the workshop 6. Incorporate your services into the other person's program for a fee (outsourcing parts of the labor/program to someone else)

😜Is your networking ACTUALLY helping?
When I first started entrepreneurship, everyone told me that networking was key. I spent SO many hours connecting with every business owner or entrepreneur possible and it did absolutely NOTHING for me. Why? Because people who have tons of time on their hands have nothing else to do and someone who has nothing else to do is probably not growing a thriving business or actually having impact. 🌈The quality of WHO you are networking with MATTERS. This is why I only network based off of the Dream 100 nowadays and why I believe it is the only way to make progress. 😍This is also how I connected personally with someone who is friends with Alex Hormozi himself. Here's how it works: 1. 📈Come up with a strategy. Only outreach to people that are going to move your business forward. Not everyone is a good collaboration or networking partner. Use your time wisely. 2. 💃Write up 100 people that you would LOVE to collaborate or connect with personally. Go as dreamy and pie-in-the-sky as you want! We are only 7 degrees of separation from everybody so you have to believe that you can connect with ANYBODY. 3. 🤝Determine which ones of these people you have the closest connections with. You may not know a specific high level coach but if you purchased their program/mastermind/cohort then you would be in their inner circle. Maybe one of their prodigees has an affordable membership/program you can invest in to get 1 degree closer. Determine which ones you could probably work towards. 4. 👋Start working through the web. Map out who knows who. Then start working your way up the ladder. You might have to get well known in their groups, skool communities, buy a program to get into their inner circle, or win a competition. Get KNOWN by them and build up good will. 5. 😁See how you can help them. ⭐Everybody needs SOMETHING. Figure out the biggest pain point they have and solve it. See if you can get them to introduce you to someone else that's on your list that you had your eyes on.

@Rebecca Pay I think just connecting with anyone you feel inspired to connect with can be a good place to start. It doesn’t have to necessarily further your biz goals in an obvious way. But since there are so many entrepreneurs on here, biz ideas and connections naturally come up at some point or another
