Hello Fam This nourishing Somatic Yin Yoga Flow. is designed for you to gently explore the world of somatics and experience the healing power of myofascial release. Our time together is all about resetting the body and mind through mindful movement and deep, supportive stretching. This class is created to help you increase mobility, support your body’s natural ability to restore itself, and invite a sense of ease and spaciousness within. Whether this is your very first time exploring somatics or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll find here a unique fusion of yin yoga postures and fascial release techniques designed to leave you feeling balanced, open, and renewed. Throughout the session, we’ll use simple but powerful somatic movements that work with the fascial tissues of the body. These practices not only free up tension and stiffness, but also help regulate the nervous system and bring a sense of overall wellbeing. As we move slowly and intentionally, I’ll guide you to tune into your body’s subtle sensations, encouraging mindfulness and awareness with every breath. This way of practicing builds flexibility and freedom in the body, while also giving your system the chance to deeply relax and heal. Think of this as a journey into body awareness and release—where the softness of yin yoga meets the therapeutic qualities of fascial stretching. Ciao a tutt*! Questi giorni mi hanno un po’ stancata a livello mentale, un po’ perché sono stati impegnativi, un po’ perché li ho resi io pesanti. Appena sento di essere un po’ più presente nel mondo, mi assale la paura e torno a cercare qualcosa in cui rifugiarmi, come se stessi scappando da qualcosa, ma ormai non so precisamente da cosa o da chi. Tuttavia, vado avanti e so che prima o poi combatterò questa paura, con l’amore e la gratitudine, sentimenti che sto riscoprendo. Grazie per accompagnarmi in questa riscoperta!❤️

@Monica Dediu cara Monica ❣️ Quello che descrivi è qualcosa che accade spesso quando iniziamo a risvegliarci davvero, a tornare presenti nella nostra vita, nel corpo, nel cuore. È come se, proprio nel momento in cui stiamo per attraversare una soglia importante — quella del cambiamento autentico — qualcosa dentro di noi si ribellasse, cercando di riportarci “indietro”, in territori più conosciuti e sicuri, anche se non ci fanno più bene. Questi pensieri intrusivi, la paura, il bisogno di rifugiarti... non sono sbagliati. Sono espressione di parti più antiche della mente, quelle che per tanto tempo hanno cercato di proteggerci dal dolore, dall’incertezza, dall’abbandono. Sono sovrastrutture — automatismi, difese, meccanismi — che non vogliono morire, perché hanno paura di non avere più un ruolo, paura che senza di loro tu non sia al sicuro. Ma la verità è che tu non sei più quella persona che aveva bisogno di nascondersi. Stai cambiando. E queste resistenze sono il segno che il cambiamento è reale. Sappi che non sei sola in questo. Ogni passo che fai, anche quelli che sembrano piccoli o incerti, sono un atto d’amore verso te stessa. E quell’amore che stai riscoprendo è più forte di ogni paura. Continua così, con gentilezza e pazienza.sei già in cammino ❤️
