That’s how long it takes for companies to contact leads. And it's costing you more money than whatever you spent on ads. Because most leads are ready to buy when they opt in. Here's the reality: - Around 87% of your inquiries are hot and urgent - They are immediately ready for a call and proposal - 100% of them are in the market to buy But when they are ready to buy, they aren’t just opting in to your page. They are also googling your competition. And if you are not responding immediately, it’s hard to win over the customer. Here's how I use AI lead responder to contact leads: 1. Someone fills out a form from an ad or your website. 2. Information goes to AI. 3. AI quickly scrapes the lead’s information and generates a short personalized intro. 4. A friendly intro message is generated, including a link to book a meeting. 5. This message goes out to the person within 5 minutes. People who fill out forms usually want help right now. If you are able to be the first to present a solution , you have a better chance at winning. This funnel isn't unique. How you apply it to your current funnel is. PS. @Francisco Meza I do b2b so the first contact point isn't really trying to make the sales, it's just trying to make sure that we are the first person that reaches out to them when they are actively looking for a solution. Same goes with Google ads and inbound leads.
Some AI that I found to be extremely valuable for businesses
1. Deep Personalization System Cold Email: Use AI to personalize the first line of your cold email. Current AI isn't good enough to write a compelling offer. Make it only write the first personalized line and that's all you need. The rest should be standardized. Personalization -> Elevator pitch -> social proof -> CTA 2. Unlimited Content Generation + Content Improvement System: Use AI to scrape your competition's content, gets their transcripts, filter by the best performing ones, and then uses AI to find gaps in that content to improve. AI then writes better content for you and lets you repurpose that content for social media, YouTube scripts, and more. 3. Customer Service and Support: Feed all your company's SOP and FAQ into a chatbot and you have yourself a chatbot that is working 24/7. Redirect traffic to a real customer support rep if the AI doesn't know how to solve it. 4. Lead response system (inbound): Automate a system that is able to send intro email like human. Leads submits form -> AI scrape company data -> AI sends introduction email within 5 minutes. Speed to contact matters. 5. Proposal Generation System: Use AI to generate tailored proposals or pitch decks in minutes. Replace the client information (deliverables, project scopes and timeline) and you can send that to your clients within 10 minutes after the discovery call. No more wasting 3 hours building a deck from scratch. I built all these systems on Make.com and these are the top 5 systems that I've built for my clients.
