Lads, I’m putting this here because I need to share it and hold myself to it. I’m making a big change to my lifestyle mentally and physically and I’m done ignoring it. I’ve had a proper switch in my head recently. I’ve realised I haven’t been the best version of myself, and that’s not fair on my family. My mental health, my fitness, and just getting up and moving I have to improve. Not soon not when I’ve got time now. This isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about showing up better every day. Being more present, having more energy, and setting a better example for my kids. They deserve that, and so do I. Posting this is part of keeping myself accountable. If anyone else is working on their head or their health, you’re not on your own.
