Tried my best to draw “Foundation First” Method
I had many attempts to instruct AI to create image but AI doesn’t understand this, so I did it myself. Front Wall of Depth: Kick and snare at - 5 dBFs True Peak Back Wall of Depth: Kick low end and bass at 0 VU meter

I like your perspective. Keep it trapezoid with a circumference

@Luiza Milenova I'm thinking about to draw it. More of an equation.
Women in Music
I'd love to connect with more musical women in this group :) please comment what kind of music you make! Are you a producer? Engineer? Instrumentalist? Let's chat!

Me too. I'm partial to female vocals. and it is not about the sometimes higher frequency. My favorite producer engineer is Silvia Massy. and it's not that she is a woman.
Vocals sound only loud when panned to the side
Hi, for some reason my recorded vocals are only normal volume when I pan them to the side. My track is put on mono I routed it to stereo out ( logic). Did I record them wrong / how do I fix this in logic? ( putting a gain plugin didnt do anything - but maybe there are settings I should know about? ) Thank in advance

sometimes a little Deoxit works. I don't know what is in it.
Sad News: This is Berlins last week as a mentor for us :(
Everyone knows that Berlin is an amazing mentor with a HUGE heart. She's a beacon of light for everyone who comes in contact with her. Losing her is no small thing and she will be SO missed! This will be her last week doing calls in our paid monthly membership program. :( However, we always want to support all our amazing mentors who get new opportunities! So, please join in with me in wishing Berlin good luck with the next phase! Let's celebrate her. Also, feel free to sign this "Farewell Card" for Berlin: https://www.kudoboard.com/boards/tJ72Lmi6 I personally want to thank @Berlin RedluX for her passion and care for all the students! She's been a great mentor and I'll miss her being around! I know she's going to be very successful at wherever the wind blows and ill be rooting for her! (**But as far as your education goes, don't worry, I'll announce an exciting new mentor for you next week for those of you in the membership program)

Question
What is the concept/sentiment/feeling called that is created when a song is played? I have seen things like Tone Painting, Word Painting, even an “Emotional Contagion” in a somewhat negative way. None of these work for me as they are dry or inaccurate. I am looking for an elegant word like: Anemoia - Nostalgia for a time that you have never lived. Some songs definitely create an emotion like Nostalgic Anemoia. I believe that Anemoia has roots in ancient Greece and was solidified by John Koenig. I plan to post this question in Mastering Intensive as well. I am looking for a general term. Thank you very much.

Depends on the context of the song. Are you happy when sung the happy birthday song? Listening is a learned skill, into the ears ,too the brain ,and does it bring your soul to the surface.
