🎉 Welcome, 2025! Let’s Crush Our Goals Together! 🎉
Happy New Year, ladies! 💫 I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season filled with love, joy, and maybe even some moments of self-care. Now, as we step into 2025, it’s time to focus on YOU and the goals you’re ready to conquer! Here’s the thing—it’s not about the cliché “new year, new me.” Instead, it’s about becoming someone who SHOWS UP DAILY, building habits and making intentional choices to create the health, wellness, and vitality you crave. 💪✨ 🧠 Neurology-backed principles for success: - Neuroplasticity: Your brain has the incredible ability to rewire itself based on your habits. Consistent actions, no matter how small, can create lasting changes in your health and mindset. - The Power of Visualization: Dr. Tara Swart, a leading neuroscientist, emphasizes that visualizing your goals primes your brain for success by activating your Reticular Activating System (RAS). What we focus on, we see more of! - Habits and Dopamine: Every time you complete a habit, your brain releases dopamine—the “feel-good” chemical—which motivates you to keep going. Start small to build momentum! ✨ Daily Practices to Kickstart 2025: 1. Take 5 minutes each morning to visualize the healthy, energized version of yourself you’re working toward. 🧘‍♀️ 2. Prioritize movement—even a 10-minute walk can activate your brain and body. 🚶‍♀️ 3. Make one intentional food choice each day that supports your health goals. 🍎 Remember, transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. One day at a time, one habit at a time. Let’s make 2025 the year we lean into our goals and show ourselves what’s possible. 💬 What’s ONE habit you’re committing to this year to support your health journey? Share below—I can’t wait to cheer you on! #NewYearNewHabits #BrainHealth #EmpoweredWellness

I am working on increasing my protein intake. I did a good job for a few months but fell back into some of my old habits. I also need to purge the sweet tooth. We will no longer have sweets in the house. George agreed to this... Big win!!! He liked sweets so I would sometimes have it too since it was in the house. George started going to workout. My goal is for us to find activities we can do together.
⚠️ The Truth About Supplements: What You Need to Know Before You Buy
Ladies, let’s talk about something super important for your health journey—supplements. ✨ While they can be powerful tools for optimizing your wellness, it’s critical to make informed choices. Here’s the catch: not all supplements are created equal. ❌ Amazon and other online retailers: Did you know that many supplements sold on these platforms aren’t regulated? This means: • You can’t always confirm what’s actually in the bottle. • Some products may contain harmful additives or incorrect dosages. • Counterfeit or expired products can slip through the cracks. 💊 Why does this matter? What you put in your body impacts your brain, hormones, and overall health—especially during menstruation or menopause when your system is more sensitive. ✅ How to protect yourself: 1. Look for supplements that are third-party tested (e.g., NSF Certified, USP Verified). 2. Buy directly from trusted brands or your healthcare provider. 3. Don’t rely on flashy marketing—research ingredients and sourcing. ✨Check out our Free Essentials Course for more information on this topic This Video Says It All😶 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DDI77iHJDrW/?igsh=ODVweDhyaWk2N25o #SupplementSafety #WomensWellness #EmpoweredHealth

Thanks for sharing! I used to think that a supplement or vitamin was good as long as you took it. I trusted that if they were being sold then they were created equally.
🦃✨ Thanksgiving & Your Brain: Staying Sharp While You Celebrate ✨🧠
Happy Thanksgiving week, ladies! 🧡 As we gear up for travel, family time, and festive feasts, let’s not forget about one of our most important guests at the table—our brain! Your brain needs 3 essentials to thrive: 1️⃣ Glucose: Holiday treats are tempting, but focus on balanced meals that fuel your brain without the sugar crashes. Think healthy carbs like sweet potatoes or veggies! 🍠🥗 2️⃣ Oxygen: Travel and stress can mean shallow breathing. Take intentional deep breaths throughout your day to keep your brain energized and your nerves calm. 🧘‍♀️ Here is link for a quick Guide to Box Breathing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPYmZOhJF5Q 3️⃣ Activation: Long car rides or couch time watching football? Get moving - Movement and mental engagement keep those neurons firing! A brisk walk after dinner boosts circulation and brain function. 🚶‍♀️🏈 This Thanksgiving, how can you make small adjustments to give your brain the love it deserves? Share your favorite tips for staying healthy during the holidays below. Let’s inspire each other to thrive this season! 💬💡

I think the supplements aren't meant to give you a rush of energy but give your body the things it needs to excel. I feel good and much more energized. I actually am feeling stronger with my workouts.

Hello friends, I am 60 years old, have been in a relationship for almost 18 years. I have a 24 YO son and am a high net worth banker and advisor. It can be a very rewarding position but can also be very stressful. Sometimes I run out of energy. Since I have been with Dr. Alid I have lost over 30 lbs and have done things that I would never have when I was 40. I actually feel, act and look younger. I am working on being a healthier person.
