Hello everyone I live in Perth, Australia and I don’t have a business My partner is currently studying to become a PT and I currently work as a disability mentor but once he’s qualified we would like to set up a joint business focusing on mental health and fitness
Day 14, Team!
7 days to go – we’re in the final stretch! How’s everyone feeling? Today, I’m feeling amazing – slept like a rock, woke up refreshed, and my mood is through the roof. Here’s my Push Yourself Challenge progress: ➡️ Push-ups: Day 1 – 10 ➡️ Day 14 – 21 ➡️ Squats: Day 1 – 37 ➡️ Day 14 – 62 ➡️ Sit-ups: Day 1 – 23 ➡️ Day 14 – 41 It’s been a journey! Results have fluctuated as my body adjusted to fasting and the new routine, but overall, I’m seeing growth and feeling stronger every day. Now it’s your turn, legends– how’s everyone feeling? Share your progress, share a photo. Let’s keep cheering each other on to the finish line!

Overall I’m feeling better in myself, my skin is clearer and I have lost 4kg. I’m still feeling bloated but I think that’s because of me being sick, and maybe why I still feel so fatigued I’ve still been keeping exercise light as I feel that’s what my body needs but still managing to eat clean, no coffee and no alcohol so I’m happy I’ve got this far and not give in
Day 13
My face is slimmer, my waist is tighter, and my mindset has sharpened in ways I never thought possible. I completed my first-ever 3-day water fast and gave up the two hardest things for me: coffee and sugar. The result? I feel stronger, more energized, and more focused than ever. My mood is stabilizing, and I’m ready to keep pushing forward. How’s everyone else feeling today? Let us know below! 💪🔥

Today I actually feel really fatigued, could be from being sick or lack of sleep due to my daughter waking 2/3 times a night and waking before 5am for the day. I’m still managing to keep up with most things though
DAY 11: Feeling UNSTOPPABLE today.
💥 Energy is HIGH. 💥 Mood is STRONG. 💥 Mindset is READY TO DOMINATE. Started the morning with a heavy weight and cardio session, then accidentally smashed out my Push Yourself Challenge exercises straight after (definitely channeling Rocky Balboa 🥊). I’ll re-do them later because I couldn’t hit 6 push-ups—and I’m up to 14 now! Adding one extra every day, who’s with me? Last night’s deep incredible night massage worked wonders, and after a solid sleep plus three servings of homemade beef and veggie stew, I’m feeling fuelled like an absolute machine. Now I’m contemplating starting another 3-day water fast tomorrow—this time with no socials no distractions, and all-in family time. Who’s ready to join me in another 3 day fast? How’s everyone feeling today? Who’s still going strong on their journey? Let’s keep crushing it! 💪

I’m feeling much better today, eating normal and drinking lots of water. Despite my sickness and break, I still beat everything in my challenge. In less than 2 weeks I’ve gone from doing no push ups on my toes to being able to do 7 💪 Not ready for a 3 day fast yet, but working up to doing a 24 hour fast once I’m fully recovered Well done Kirsty , you looking amazing and hot in that photo. ❤️
Inflammation
Anyone else suffer inflammation? I have learned lesson after lesson from eating the bad food to get my mood up that it actually affects my body more and i have more to contend with ! Inflammation sucks and is avoidable ( yes avoidable) by what you eat !!!!!

I’m pretty sure I do, which I think has been partly due to chronic stress, and because of it I have an autoimmune disease, which I’m hoping diet and Breathwork will help reverse.
