We did it, Class of 2025 RRR Lifers! 🎉 ✅ No alcohol, coffee, or sugar ✅ Three 24-hour fasts ✅ One 3-day fast ✅ 16-hour intermittent fasting daily ✅ Breathwork daily ✅ Two workouts a day ✅ Gratitude 🙏 ✅ Less social media How is everyone feeling? I’m feeling amazing! The new habits, changes, and mindset shifts have been fully implemented. Today, I fitted into my size 8 jeans something I haven’t been able to wear in over 12 months! Today, I could have had a coffee, but I didn’t even want it. Instead, I did another 24-hour fast! This challenge was a huge focus on mindset, resilience, and discipline, getting uncomfortable and being okay with it. Cutting the emotional attachment to eating and distraction. Mindset was the biggest shift, saying no to quick guilty pleasures and yes to the bigger vision. It was challenging, confronting, and brought so much awareness! 21 days of massive change, habits broken, systems installed, and new patterns created. Feel good. Look good. Do good.
