My face is slimmer, my waist is tighter, and my mindset has sharpened in ways I never thought possible.
I completed my first-ever 3-day water fast and gave up the two hardest things for me: coffee and sugar.
The result?
I feel stronger, more energized, and more focused than ever. My mood is stabilizing, and I’m ready to keep pushing forward.
